About The Position

The Senior Revenue Analyst position at Hilton Grand Vacations offers an outstanding chance to create a meaningful impact within our ambitious and world-class company. You will assist the Revenue Management leadership by coordinating and aligning Revenue Analyst duties across the East and West Coast teams to ensure smooth delivery of our revenue plans. You will coordinate report scheduling, lead all aspects of training on new reporting tools and system updates, and ensure consistent adoption of process changes. Monitoring project and task completion across the team, you will provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and support to Revenue Analysts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution. Acting as a key resource for cross-department collaboration, this role helps maintain operational consistency, improves reporting capabilities, and supports strategic revenue initiatives.

Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – 2-3 years of experience
  • Skilled in Excel, Word, and Adobe – 2-3 years of experience
  • Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze reports to ensure accuracy for all properties
  • Assign, monitor, and ensure completion of Revenue Analysts tasks and projects – maintain task list (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Ensure the Revenue Analyst team’s daily completion and accuracy of pace reports, troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies related to availability, inventory, revenue, room nights, and ADR
  • Assist with Revenue Analyst scheduling and coordinate coverage during absences to ensure continuity of reporting, analysis, and daily operational tasks
  • Onboard and train new hire Revenue Analysts
  • Aid Regional Revenue Managers and Revenue Managers in preparing, carrying out, and following up on Revenue Analyst training
  • Complete rate and inventory management in respective systems (i.e. OnQ R&I, Clarity, Choice, TravelClick, channel manager, and extranets)
  • Manage 1-3 properties to achieve budgeted goals
  • Ensure Revenue Analysts keep a full workload and assist their Regional Revenue Managers by finishing all assigned tasks promptly and accurately
  • Work together with Regional Revenue Managers to simplify and unify processes among all Revenue Analysts
  • Meet with travel partners, Sales, and Marketing
  • Leverage reporting to monitor booking pace, inventory, and occupancy, making recommendations based on analysis
  • Support Revenue Management leadership with revenue-enhancing initiatives by offering analytical insights and contributing to strategies that improve performance
  • Assist with Forecasting and Budgeting
  • Identify and communicate rental availability gaps to Inventory Management
  • Assist with reporting as needed
