Position Purpose: The Sr. Analyst, Pro Experience will play a critical role within the Home Depot Enterprise Pro PMO, supporting the execution, governance, and delivery of strategic Pro growth initiatives. This role is responsible for owning small‑to‑medium workstreams within larger, enterprise‑level programs, ensuring initiatives are planned, tracked, and delivered in alignment with business priorities, timelines, and governance standards. The Sr. Analyst will partner closely with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to manage workstream execution, monitor milestones and dependencies, assess risks, and provide data‑driven insights that support informed decision‑making. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills to break down complex initiatives, track performance metrics, evaluate outcomes, and clearly communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to diverse audiences. Success in this role depends on the ability to balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution, leverage data to measure impact, support continuous improvement, and enable teams to deliver initiatives on time and within scope while adapting to evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
  • 4 years of work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Tableau or similar reporting/analytics tools
  • Experience developing executive‑ready status updates, dashboards, and project readouts
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and enterprise‑level stakeholders
  • Strong ability to analyze financial, operational, and performance data to support prioritization and decision‑making
  • Demonstrated project and program management skills, including tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items
  • Ability to translate complex initiatives into clear timelines, roadmaps, and deliverables
  • Proven capability to communicate complex or technical concepts in clear, concise, and audience‑appropriate terms
  • Experience navigating competing priorities, managing ambiguity, and supporting change initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to leadership

Responsibilities

  • Business Acumen - Subject matter expert for assigned initiative; Learn and report on best practices, industry standards, and requirements associated with assigned projects; Through independent judgement, develop solutions and recommend project or strategy planning and data utilization
  • Data Analysis - Identify, research and measure ongoing effectiveness of programs against metric targets; Develop and execute ongoing enhancement/optimization strategy based on measured performance and customer feedback; Trouble shoot and problem solve for ongoing operational needs as they arise
  • Effective Communication - Ability to create clear and accurate documents and presentations and ability to present and deliver to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Project Management - Responsible for owning small to medium initiative-specific projects and reporting, prioritizing projects and tasks to ensure deliverables and goals are met or exceeded
