About The Position

Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Finance by overseeing the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishing and maintaining fiscal controls, preparing and interpreting financial reports, overseeing financial systems, and safeguarding the organization's assets. Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of core financial processes including pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable, and employee travel & expense.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• BA, BS or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
• Financial background or training to a moderate degree.
• Working knowledge of Excel & SAP.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and sends monthly chargeback reporting to vendors to reconcile discrepancies and secure contractual rebates from manufacturers.
• Works directly with vendors to ensure Cardinal system reflects the most up-to-date contracts.
• Assists in researching rebatable components to ensure contract eligibility is correct and loaded in the Cardinal system.
• Learns the Cardinal systems to track and validate the calculations of rebated components (chargebacks).
