About The Position

At CVS Health, we're building a world of health around every consumer and surrounding ourselves with dedicated colleagues who are passionate about transforming health care. As the nation's leading health solutions company, we reach millions of Americans through our local presence, digital channels and more than 300,000 purpose-driven colleagues - caring for people where, when and how they choose in a way that is uniquely more connected, more convenient and more compassionate. And we do it all with heart, each and every day. The Specialty Care Partnerships team at Oak Street Health plays a critical role in extending our value based care model into the specialty care space, ultimately providing high-quality care and keeping our patients happy, healthy, and out of the hospital. The team is part of the organization's broader Population Health organization and is responsible for enhancing our care model through scalable solutions to improve patient health outcomes, while making our care delivery workflows seamless. The Specialty Care Partnerships team is specifically focused on identifying, designing, implementing, and managing partnerships with specialty care partners to innovate and expand Oak Street's care model and ultimately reduce medical costs. The Senior Analyst - Specialty Care Partnerships position will report directly to the Director of Partnerships and will partner closely with leadership across the organization, including our broader Population Health leadership, field leadership, and Medical Director cohorts. This role will support existing partnerships, as well as potential expansion or evolving business development efforts. Specific efforts will include synthesizing key findings from qualitative and quantitative analysis, brainstorming innovative ideas for collaboration, operationalizing initiatives, leading ongoing data and reporting processes, and working cross-functionally with teams including product, IT, data, clinical operations, and finance. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills, be a self-driver of initiatives and innovative ideas, and enjoy collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment.
