This is a multi-disciplined Industrial Security position supporting and assigned to the Consolidated Security Office within Raytheon Technologies. We support security business needs of all Special Access Programs across RTX in accordance with applicable USG regulations, contractual, customer and company requirements. You will be responsible to execute day-to-day activities as a Personnel Security Professional; administer and maintain a comprehensive Personnel Security posture in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You will be required to collaborate frequently with all levels of program leadership, business partners and stakeholders. You must be able to maintain positive communication channels and relationships with Government customer personnel. In order to be successful in this position you must have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills as well as an eagerness to adapt to and excel in a fast-paced environment. Your tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees and customers will be critical. You must be willing to travel to support the business and program functions as needed by the customer.

Requirements

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • DoD Clearance: Secret
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to maintain positive communication channels and relationships with Government customer personnel
  • Tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees and customers.
