Responsibilities

  • Engage eligible patients within Strive Health services and establish long-term relationships.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to engage patients through outreach and marketing.
  • Build required reporting, including baselines and improvement impacts.
  • Support the Patient Growth team with front-end enablement, training, and execution.
  • Interact with internal partners across product, technology, central operations, and market operations.
  • Operationally support the enterprise beyond the Patient Growth team.
  • Align telephony workflows to operational requirements and provide training.
  • Create training presentations for workflow changes and new initiatives.
  • Deliver presentations for executive delivery.
  • Facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities through meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of relevant experience in an analyst role, preferably in sales operations, business operations, or consulting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce Healthcloud.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.
  • Experience with executive presentation development in PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze large data sets and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
