Job Summary The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in driving data‑driven decision‑making by developing, governing, and delivering key performance indicators (KPIs), advanced analytics, and executive‑level reporting. This role requires strong experience with Modern BI and Analytics Platforms (Incorta), deep knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes, and a solid understanding of end‑to‑end (E2E) business processes. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and IT to translate business requirements into actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions. Responsibilities

  • KPI & Performance Management Design, define, and maintain standardized KPIs aligned with business objectives and operational performance.
  • Ensure KPI definitions, calculations, and thresholds are clearly documented and consistently applied.
  • Monitor performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Support executive dashboards and scorecards used for leadership reviews.
  • Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain automated, self‑service dashboards and reports using Analytic Platforms.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable semantic data models and reporting views.
  • Perform deep‑dive analyses to explain variances, trends, and root causes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation across multiple source systems (e.g., ERP, procurement platforms).
  • Modern BI and Analytics Platform Expertise Serve as a subject‑matter expert for analytics, including data transformation and performance optimization.
  • Define best practices for Incorta development, governance, and user enablement.
  • Support user adoption by creating documentation, training materials, and guidance for business users.
  • Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) & End‑to‑End Process Support Leverage strong knowledge of P2P processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment.
  • Analyze end‑to‑end process flows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and control gaps.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data‑backed insights across upstream and downstream processes.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure reporting reflects true end‑to‑end performance, not siloed metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted analytics partner for Finance, Procurement, AP, and Shared Services leaders.
  • Gather, clarify, and prioritize reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics standards and best practices.
  • General Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
