The Content Sr. Analyst is responsible for maintaining and optimizing hundreds of category browse pages across our B2C & B2B site experiences to enhance navigation, product education, and customer inspiration. This role plays a key part in instilling customer confidence and accelerating the path to purchase through strategic content improvements. This role collaborates closely with Merchants, Digital Creative, Testing/Personalization and CMS Product teams to support key merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and Pro customer priorities. Through data-driven decision-making, this role directly impacts click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and overall digital engagement.
