We're looking for a Senior Omni-Channel Marketing Analyst, to support our integrated marketing team through data collection, preliminary analysis, and performance tracking. This individual will play a key part in monitoring campaign effectiveness, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicating results to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive-able to manage both the details of data collection and analysis, and the bigger picture of marketing campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field, ideally within the CPG (consumer package goods) industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting data and insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience leveraging retail media dashboard data.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize marketing data from various sources (e.g., campaign performance, website analytics, social media, sales data).
  • Conduct preliminary analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and initial insights.
  • Prepare data for more in-depth analysis by senior team members.
  • Assist in the creation of campaign recaps, summarizing performance against objectives.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to visualize campaign performance and progress.
  • Prepare clear and concise summaries of marketing results and campaign recaps.
  • Assist in communicating performance insights to relevant internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of presentations and reports detailing marketing effectiveness.
