In this highly visible position, you will collaborate across functions to ensure our financial master data is accurate, consistent, and optimized for decision-making at every level.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in finance, data analysis, or master data management, ideally within a complex, global organization.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems, as well as data management and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
• Demonstrated expertise in financial processes, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance, validation, and enhancement of financial master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
• Serve as the key liaison between group reporting and local teams, driving adoption of data standards and best practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, implement robust data governance policies, and drive process improvements.
• Support financial reporting, analytics, and dashboard development, empowering leadership with actionable insights.
• Play a critical role in system implementations, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring seamless data integration.
• Deliver training and guidance to finance and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of data stewardship.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring master data management practices remain innovative and compliant.
