As a Senior Analyst, Operations within a semiconductor fabrication environment, this role is responsible for supporting production operations for critical materials used in infrared sensor manufacturing at Raytheon Vision Systems, a leader in advanced sensing technology. The position requires a self-motivated individual who demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will coordinate activities across multiple departments to achieve production targets and maintain efficient workflow. Working within an ISO-certified environment, this role involves tracking hardware through MES systems and ensuring compliance with ISO documentation standards. Responsibilities also include evaluating material availability, ensuring production readiness, and interfacing with PCMC and purchasing teams as needed. We are looking for an individual who can work productively in a multi-functional, team environment with critical personal interactions routinely throughout the day. You will also need to be able to learn multiple software systems and demonstrate proficiency with MS Office products. This is a part time role: 30 hours/week

Requirements

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Eyelit MES tracking system or similar software

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Inventory management
  • Experience with purchasing and supplier interactions
  • Understanding of ISO 9100 requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate material logistics to support production operations
  • Track status of material availability
  • Manage and maintain critical inventory levels
  • Review invoices and initiate procurement activities
  • Generate and maintain ISO-compliant documentation
  • Participate in daily production meetings
  • Monitor hardware flow throughout the production cycle
  • Ensure availability of materials required for production
  • Utilize multiple software platforms to track and manage processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals
  • Utilize PRISM for tracking purchase orders
