The Senior Analyst is an onsite client-facing role that supports Point B's growth as a key contributor to project teams. The Senior Analyst collaborates with their team and engagement leader on deliverable design and creation, data analysis, meeting preparation and documentation, and responding to client requests. This role involves supporting requirements analysis and verification activities, ensuring that project requirements are clearly captured and documented, are complete, consistent, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards. The Senior Analyst will create current and future state process maps, develop relevant business analysis and project management artifacts, and support senior program and project team members in managing, tracking, and resolving project issues. In addition, the Senior Analyst will own the development and updates of one or more key deliverables in an engagement, deliver high-quality client service delivery to enable future business development opportunities, and actively pursue a diverse set of project experiences and development opportunities to increase understanding of Point B products, services, and offerings. This role also includes participating in firm culture activities to connect regularly with other Point B'ers and sharing perspectives on opportunities for improvement with their team.
