Developing and maintaining comprehensive inventories of risks and controls to facilitate effective risk management and control optimization. Identifying control gaps resulting from new regulatory requirements and product changes across Service Experience, proactively addressing potential risks and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools for areas under responsibility, ensuring transparency and efficiency in risk management processes.
