Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Monitoring: Actively monitor the UiPath Orchestrator (Jobs, Queues, and Robots) to identify failures in real-time. Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex execution errors by analyzing Orchestrator logs, audit trails, and local environment variables to identify the specific point of failure. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct deep-dive investigations into recurring bot failures and document formal RCA reports for the Service Delivery Manager. Enhancements: Perform bot enhancements to improve performance, stability, or to adapt to UI changes in target applications. Process Documentation: Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation to reflect changes made during the enhancement process. Optimization: Review existing ReFramework implementations to optimize logging and exception handling. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 2–4 years of experience in UiPath development or support. Proficiency in VB.NET or C# and experience with SQL (stored procedures and queries). Solid experience with UiPath ReFramework, Orchestrator, and version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN, or Azure DevOps). Proven ability to handle multiple production incidents simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with local business units. UiPath Automation Developer Associate certification is desired. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in UiPath development or support.
