MAJOR FUNCTION: The Identity and Access Management Senior Analyst implements and enforces security policies that protect systems and data from access by unauthorized users. Creates and executes procedures established for onboarding and terminating new employees, creating network and application accounts, and provisioning access and privileges to systems and data based on job roles. Works collaboratively with Inspira stakeholders ensure access controls model a least privilege access philosophy. The position reviews and processes requests to add, remove, and change permissions on information systems and data to ensure compliance with security standards. The analyst will utilize Active Directory and assorted security tools to track and manage access controls for sensitive data protection in structured and unstructured data storage environments. The position will perform regular audits of access rights and directory privileges. Lead in the implementation of new Identity Access Management security solutions, participation in the creation and or maintenance of policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures as well as conducting audits. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of technical school certification and 6 years’ experience in the Information Technology field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the Information Security field. Strong experience in IAM technologies. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and O365. Experience working in a healthcare environment. Experience with scripting languages, regular expressions, and APIs as it relates to automation of account provisioning and deprovisioning activities. Experience in managing complex projects with multiple work streams. Experience with HIPAA, PCI, NIST CSF, and other security standards and frameworks. Certification/Licensure: CompTIA Security+, CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or other Information Security related certification required. Knowledge & Skills: Highly skilled at written articulation.
