KeHE, a natural, organic, specialty and fresh food distributor, is looking for an HRIS Senior Analyst to join their team. This role involves partnering with customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage technological capabilities. The HRIS Senior Analyst will build project plans, ensure adherence to project schedules, and maintain systems orientation while working effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. The position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas, assisting with data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

  • Manage projects and process improvements, applying change management experience.
  • Support ATS and Dayforce HCM Onboarding module.
  • Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities.
  • Compare data from different sources to draw conclusions.
  • Utilize data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule.
  • Recommend process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Perform system maintenance and assist in HR system upgrades.
  • Provide production support/customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Generate reports/queries using Excel.
  • Conduct training and develop user procedures and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and administration of vendor data interfaces.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HRIS experience required.
  • iCIMS experience required.
  • Proficiency with Excel, including writing formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables.
  • Strong analytical skills and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
  • Dayforce HCM experience preferred.
