In this role, you will be a key player in Pfizer's Finance team, driving the Gross to Net (GTN) process. You will utilize your analytical skills to provide strategic insights that optimize performance and contribute to Pfizer's mission of delivering breakthroughs that change patients' lives. As the Vaccine Membership Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will oversee the vaccine contract process and ensure accurate membership representation across systems.

  • Function as the Vaccine Membership SME, developing an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end vaccine contract process.
  • Support and oversee the Vaccine Portal to Flex process, correcting interface errors to ensure accurate membership representation.
  • Support Reltio proposal processing and ensure all vaccine customers interface to Flex and receive appropriate contract pricing.
  • Partner with Digital to create improvements for the Vaccine Membership and Vaccine portal.
  • Own all enhancements to Vaccine-related tools.
  • Work independently with little guidance from management and support smaller projects.
  • Coordinate results from colleagues without direct reporting relationships.
  • Make timely decisions, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines.
  • Own issue resolution from start to finish and support the escalation process.
  • Support and lead select in-house processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and stakeholder collaborations.
  • Organize workload, prioritize tasks, and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
  • Initiate, develop, and support formal relationships with key internal colleagues and external customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant functional accounting/finance or customer service experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate with business partners both in and out of the organization.
  • Excellent oral, written, and overall communication skills, with the ability to conduct meetings and present ideas to groups.
  • Change agile, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and effectively deal with change.
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism, able to interface effectively with all levels of management and operations colleagues.
  • Process-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience with Model N Flex and Reltio preferred.
  • SAP experience a plus.
