About The Position

This is where your work makes a difference. At Baxter, we believe every person—regardless of who they are or where they are from—deserves a chance to live a healthy life. It was our founding belief in 1931 and continues to be our guiding principle. We are redefining healthcare delivery to make a greater impact today, tomorrow, and beyond. Our Baxter colleagues are united by our Mission to Save and Sustain Lives. Together, our community is driven by a culture of courage, trust, and collaboration. Every individual is empowered to take ownership and make a meaningful impact. We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results. Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. Your Role: You’ll be joining a highly collaborative Analytics & Insights team that sits at the center of Baxter’s commercial data ecosystem. This group partners closely with Government Contracts, Sales, IT, and senior leadership to bring clarity and consistency to some of the most complex data in the organization. You’ll also work across data from several acquired businesses that still operate on separate systems. As Baxter continues integrating these legacy platforms, you’ll play a key role in bringing consistency, accuracy, and structure to data that spans multiple ERPs and historical processes. We’re seeking a data‑driven and detail‑oriented Senior Analyst to support this work. In this role, you’ll analyze, validate, and report government price, rebate, and contract‑eligible sales data while ensuring compliance with federal and state program requirements. You’ll work hands‑on across SAP, JDE, and other platforms, using SQL, Alteryx, and BI tools to prepare, reconcile, and interpret data that directly informs regulatory reporting and business decisions. You’ll collaborate with Government Pricing, Contract Operations, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights. This is a high‑visibility opportunity with significant room to grow. You’ll work closely with strong technical peers, senior leaders who rely on your insights, and cross‑functional partners who will look to you as the subject‑matter expert on government contract data. Over time, you’ll help automate processes, build repeatable reporting frameworks, and contribute to a broader effort to modernize Baxter’s data landscape under a new, highly data‑driven CEO. If you enjoy solving complex data problems, learning new systems, and influencing how an organization operates, this role offers exposure across divisions, access to decision‑makers, and a clear path to expand your impact well beyond government pricing.
