Responsibilities

  • Lead the support of budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple global and regional units, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Drive process improvements in expense tracking, reporting, and financial data management for increased visibility and control.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic financial plans and support key organizational initiatives.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis on operating expenses to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple global cost centers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead initiatives to improve expense tracking systems, enhancing visibility and control over costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial strategies are integrated and supported.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Assist in the development of strategic financial plans, aligning departmental goals with overall business objectives.
  • Manage complex financial data, including multi-currency and intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to team members on financial processes and systems, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of financial reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Developing and maintaining budgets, conducting variance analysis, improving expense tracking systems, and supporting future initiatives such as ROI and Cost of Sales analysis.
