The Global Alliances Operations, Sr. Analyst - Compensation and Territory Management role will be responsible for the planning, design, implementation and management of Alliances compensation plans and territories. This role will have an emphasis on supporting a dynamic Partner GTM, which includes multiple Partner routes to market, complex data attribution models, and an ever evolving Partner ecosystem. The role will also need to align to the broader strategic Sales planning strategy to ensure the Alliances business is properly calibrated to the overall CrowdStrike GTM. Our territory models continue to evolve, and this role will lead that direction, including design automation to scale reporting, analytics, and compensation accuracy.
