About The Position

RNDC is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented and Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our growing Finance team. The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for gathering inputs and assisting with the valuation of complex financial transactions for potential M&A and other investments. This position is also responsible for monthly close deliverables and development of financial plans/forecasts related to income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows that lend credibility and support for thoughtful, strategic decision-making by department leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics
  • Four or more years' work-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • MBA, CFA, CVA, and CPA certifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits industry

Responsibilities

  • Assist with research, analysis and inputs needed for valuation and business case models for potential acquisitions and/or strategic partnership opportunities
  • Assist with development of models to track and report on strategic investments and initiatives
  • Create Management reporting and dashboards for daily and monthly key performance indicators
  • Assist with annual operating plan, forecast and monthly close deliverables
  • Skilled in building relationships and able to collaborate with diverse cross-divisional population (Finance, Accounting, IT, HR, Operations, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality of disclosed information as it pertains to the company's financial and strategic plan
  • Intellectual curiosity, energetic, complete professional ownership and a commitment to quality, enthusiasm, and attention to detail
