Responsible for supporting the Field Operations team with the design, development, and training of commercial reporting systems for all Neurocrine field teams (Sales, Market Access, and Medical), as well as for key home office users. This role will play a key part in ensuring that field reporting, HCP targeting and alignment processes, and ad hoc analytics are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. The Senior Analyst will investigate data inquiries, perform quality checks on commercial reports, and synthesize insights from multiple systems to deliver meaningful, actionable reporting. This position also supports the development of data literacy across the organization by helping stakeholders understand different commercial data types and their appropriate use. Partner with internal teams such as Field Operations, Data Management, Commercial Analytics, and field users to support Neurocrine's overall commercial reporting and field execution strategy.
