This role serves as a key analytical and operational partner to senior compensation leadership and collaborates closely with Legal, Finance, Tax, Payroll, Treasury, HRIS, and external advisors. The role is primarily focused on executive and equity compensation, with exposure to Compensation Committee support, proxy disclosure, long-term incentive administration, and non-qualified deferred compensation, while maintaining strong analytical and execution responsibilities.
