About The Position
As a Senior Analyst in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) at L'Oreal USA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations comply with all federal and Luxe environmental, health, and safety regulations. This position is based in Monmouth Junction, NJ, and reports directly to the Senior Manager of EHS. You will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, policies, and assessments that promote a safe and compliant workplace. Your work will directly contribute to L'Oreal's commitment to sustainability and innovation in the beauty industry, as we strive to make beauty accessible to all while adhering to our social and environmental commitments. In this role, you will coach and assist warehouse managers and supervisors in the development and implementation of effective EHS programs. You will coordinate monthly PIT driver huddles and review all accident, incident, and near-miss investigations for accuracy. This includes providing a detailed description of incidents, identifying root causes, and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented. You will also be expected to maintain a strong communication channel with all levels of employees and management, fostering a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization. Your position will require you to stay updated on the latest EHS regulations and best practices, and you will be encouraged to pursue additional training, such as ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and ASP Safety Management Certification.
