We empower Human Resources leadership by delivering compelling and actionable people analytics—transforming organizational, HR, and Talent Acquisition data into a unified portfolio of business intelligence that helps our partners attract, engage, and retain the very best talent. At People Insights, we help tell the story of Disney’s most valuable asset: our people. In this role, you’ll architect, implement, and optimize Snowflake data solutions to integrate data sourcing from a new Talent Acquisition application into Snowflake, including developing mappings and business logic to merge data into the current data model allowing secure, user-friendly data access to current and historical data for reporting and analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and leverage the latest cloud and data technologies to empower business teams with reliable, accessible insights.
