About The Position

The Senior Analyst in ISM Credit is responsible for overseeing credit settlement processes, ensuring accuracy of credit-related financials, supporting month-end close, and driving process improvements across systems and brands. This role partners with offshore teams, Finance, Treasury, and operational stakeholders to deliver reliable reporting and mitigate financial and operational risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent
  • 3–5+ years in accounting, credit operations, or financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of credit processing, settlements, and chargebacks.
  • Experience with Oracle, ReSA, OneStream, or similar systems.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage offshore interactions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate settlement journal entries.
  • Provide escalation support, guidance, and quality control to offshore teams.
  • Support timely, accurate month-end close.
  • Monitor win-rate risk, disputes, chargebacks, and credit fraud trends.
  • Reconcile and validate all credit-related balance sheet accounts.
  • Investigate discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
  • Own reporting and data governance across all card types (CSP).
  • Maintain reporting in bank portals and internal systems.
  • Lead process improvement, automation, and standardization efforts.
  • Document and standardize credit processes.
  • Support system integrations (Oracle GL, ReSA, OneStream, settlement systems).
  • Manage the Cost of Credit workbook and all related inputs.
  • Forecast credit expense and income accounts; analyze forecast-to-actual variances.
  • Review store and eCommerce statements for accuracy.
  • Identify trends and high-exposure areas to reduce financial and operational risk.
  • Deliver timely, accurate data to Finance, Treasury, and business partners.
  • Research and resolve high-risk settlement discrepancies.
  • Perform ongoing risk mitigation and control validation.
  • Support KPMG audit requests and internal control testing.
  • Manage Spain price audit requirements and documentation.
