Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the Early Tenure Email Curriculum, which includes five key touchpoints in the first month of Card Membership, to drive early spend, lend, and digital adoption.
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing Digital Member Guides, an always-accessible resource for Card Members, with a focus on driving early tenure engagement.
  • Work closely with partners across the enterprise, including the Loyalty Marketing Enablement team to ensure flawless campaign execution, Product Line Strategy to align with product strategies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and support optimizations to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
