About The Position

The Sr. Analyst, Contracts position at Yum! Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred with concentration in legal or analytical areas.
  • 4+ years' experience in contract management, negotiation, or similar responsibilities.
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience working with clients at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract workflow and lifecycle from selection to retention.
  • Negotiate with client teams for third-party vendor services.
  • Act as legal point of contact and cultivate relationships with internal client teams.
  • Ensure ongoing alignment with client teams through regular communication.
  • Advise client teams on contract renewals, amendments, or updates.
  • Document and communicate deviations from standard contract terms.
  • Manage RFP process including drafting RFPs and reviewing responses.
  • Lead process improvement efforts related to contracts management.
