Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 Years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and evaluating operational performance metrics and resources.
  • Mapping metrics against the Company's operational plans and tactical/strategic goals to ensure alignment and focus.
  • Creating and facilitating reporting and analysis to evaluate operational initiatives and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Developing and maintaining standard reporting measures, quantitative explanation of relevant data and ongoing analysis of alternatives and solutions.
  • Quantitatively evaluating and recommending action plans based on all operational reporting and analysis.
  • Providing financial reporting, revenue analysis support, discount monitoring, promotional modeling and subscriber reporting issue resolution.
  • Providing weekly, monthly and annual reports.
  • Supporting efforts to maintain accurate master data.
  • Extracting data and providing analysis of master and transactional data.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Identifying issues, analyzing available data and information and recommending changes to management.
  • Creating and maintaining multiple operational reporting tools.
  • Providing analytical support of actual results against budget and feasibility of proposed business strategies.
  • Consolidating data reports and delivering to help drive data-based strategic decision making.
  • Providing analysis prior to and following any recommended changes.
  • Creating and maintaining compliance reports that identify discrepancies within the Company's billing systems.
  • Conducting regular HRIS maintenance and audits to ensure the quality of data integrity.
  • Ensuring that all employee records in the HRIS databases are accurately updated in a timely fashion.
  • Providing user feedback to management and helping influence future systems enhancements.
  • Providing guidance and direction on complex HRIS transactions.
  • Ensuring accuracy of data through partnerships with team members.
  • Providing day-to-day validation and spot checks.
  • Preparing reports to be used by other departments to correct billing issues.
