The Sr Analyst, Compensation plays a key role in designing, developing and maintaining the base pay compensation structures for PDS Health, ensuring alignment to the company's vision and mission. Through the use of market analytics, compensation principles and best practices, the Sr Analyst will make recommendations to company leaders to maintain competitive and equitable base pay programs that attract, retain, and motivate team members and support overall company objectives. This individual will serve as a consultant to management as well as human resources team members.
