About The Position

As a Senior Analyst Client Services and Readiness , you'll manage high-impact customer relationships, ensuring seamless integration into our markets and operations. You'll collaborate across departments to resolve technical issues, interpret data, and drive customer-focused solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly, think critically, and lead with empathy will be essential to your success. Requirements

• Strong knowledge of FERC, NERC, BPM, Tariff, and SOC 1 requirements (preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred), Power BI, DocuSign, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables/macros).
• Excellent time management, project coordination, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with RTO models and energy market operations (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and act as their internal advocate.
• Solve complex technical inquiries related to markets, operations, and planning.
• Analyze data using advanced tools and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Proactively engage customers on policy updates, FERC orders, and organizational changes.
• Represent the organization with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
