About The Position

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for Coalition Client Implementations year round. This includes management of all tasks associated with onboarding new clients; i.e. managing implementation tasks in e-Project. This role includes coordinating activities and collaborating with business partners such as Customer Care, Metrics, Resource Planning, Account Managers, Sales Account Executives, and Clients. Other responsibilities will include items related to implementations; i.e. maintaining and updating the implementation agreement and master data project plan to align deliverables with Customer Care, Resource Planning, Performance Guarantees, Metrics Reporting, and Account Management. Additional work may be assigned at intervals during the year; i.e. survey analysis, member call trending, calibration support, client infusion training support.

Requirements

  • 4 plus years PBM experience
  • 2 plus years Project Management and/or Client Facing experience
  • Ability to flex schedule when needed for business demands
  • Ability to skillfully manage multiple projects and meet timelines for critical deliverables
  • Ability to work in virtual environment with peers and other business partners

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of Call Center Operations
  • Understanding of Client Implementations
  • Analytical skills with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Prior use of SalesForce and IPI e-Project knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience delivering client presentations and initiatives

Responsibilities
