About The Position
PBM Financial Operations Data Reporting is responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of Claims Experience Transmission (CET Files) on behalf of our Clients and their vendors. The Senior Analyst will have primary responsibility and ownership of the administration of client and pharmacy claim data reporting. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and prompt delivery of information to clients and vendors and the timely and complete resolution of related issues and requests including the monitoring of outbound files, resolutions of errors and the creation of ongoing and ad hoc files. The Senior Analyst position will also be responsible for supporting the implementation of new clients through the gathering of file requirements and the translation of those requirements into actual CET files, researching and resolving issues that arise and the creation and documentation of process and procedures as well as the overall improvement of those processes.
