Serves as a business solution analyst for the Technical Services division. Interfaces with key end-user customers to understand and interpret business requirements to allow the application of technology for solving business problems. From these analyses, the Sr. BSA will develop and implement reporting to assist in KPI and metrics reporting as well as data analysis. Sr. BSA responsible for leading business units in generation, interpretation, and maintenance of Maximo guidelines and procedures and verifying strategic results. Specifically in the Maximo systems the Sr. BSA must have the ability to understand the business case for changes in processes, and present best practice recommendations and justifications to senior management.
