About The Position
The Senior Analyst, Business Process will support leading teams through the creation, maintenance and review of processes for the process management function. Working with HR business leaders and teams to document processes, identify process measures and process areas of improvement. Facilitate the use of process methodology and tools to improve and/or design process improvements. The position requires detailed knowledge of and experience in Six Sigma, LEAN or a similar methodology with proven results. While delivering key insights into areas of improvement and concern to Enabling Solutions and HR leadership. This role will report to the Manager, Process & Issues Management.
