  • Maintain daily ingestion of data into BCO's comprehensive business continuity & emergency notification software.
  • Discover new capabilities/process improvements of business continuity & emergency notification software.
  • Facilitate the completion of Business Impact Assessments (BIAs), Technology Risk Assessments (TRAs), and Location Risk Assessments (LRAs).
  • Support the maintenance of the emergency notification software and provide regular training.
  • Support crisis management events that may arise, identifying assets at risk and their impact.
  • Gather auditable BC/DR information that will be reviewed by key stakeholders.
  • Support BCO in creation of summary reporting on various initiatives for senior management.
  • On call for deployment during crisis events, including leading CCCC calls and creation of SITREPs.
  • Execute gap remediation activities identified after completion of assessments.
  • Monitor and implement continuity strategies.
  • Coach business unit plan owners and assist in implementation for all relevant teams.
  • Execute awareness and training programs to promote and educate the enterprise on the business continuity program.
  • Maintain ongoing collaboration with business units on crisis management and continuity activities.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors supporting program resources and initiatives.
  • Conduct risk assessment and program assessment.
  • Participate in crisis activation and response management.
  • Document storage/repository.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of DHS/FEMA NIMS/ICS principles.
  • Experience with BIA and BC Planning is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, CBCI, NICS/ICS) are a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Adaptive flexibility and intellectual curiosity.
  • Experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
  • Strong communication skills.
