Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to observe operational practices and identify gaps in policies and procedures.
• Monitor and review sales channel operations to ensure alignment with organizational processes as defined by company policy.
• Examine records, documents, methods, policies, and other factors to determine if functional areas are operating in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Plan methods to be followed in conducting audits; recommend activities to be examined and coordinate preparation of reports summarizing audit results.
• Review audit findings with manager and business partners; make recommendations regarding corrective action and process improvements.
• Develop audit programs for specific audits or operating entities.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports; special reports and analyses to support the business as necessary.
• Support efforts to maintain accurate master data; extract data and provide analysis of master and transactional data.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
• Identify issues, analyze available data and information, and recommend changes to management.
• Create and maintain multiple operational reporting tools.
• Provide analytical support of actual results against budget and feasibility of proposed business strategies.
• Consolidate data reports and deliver to help drive data-based strategic decision making.
• Provide analysis prior to and following any recommended changes.
• Provide user feedback to management and help influence future systems enhancements.
• Ensure accuracy of data through partnerships with team members; provide day-to-day validation and spot checks.
