Job Summary: The Sr. Analyst, Operations Standards is responsible for supporting the restaurant operations standards, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, and enhancing operational performance across restaurants at Burger King. This role will work with the Restaurant Excellence Visit (REV) program and maintain relationships with external partners, such as Steritech, to ensure consistent quality and operational standards. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Brand Standards, this role plays a key part in ensuring brand standards are met, driving improvements in operational metrics, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant operations or a similar role within hospitality or retail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with an ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret operational data.
  • Ability to drive a culture of compliance, quality, and operational excellence.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Burger King experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with QSRs a plus

Responsibilities

  • support the REV program to align with evolving brand standards, equipment updates, and operational procedures.
  • train field teams, franchisees, and regional managers on REV updates, delivering program communications and training sessions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting on potential adjustments to the REV program based on field feedback.
  • Support training for external partners to ensure they understand and enforce current operational standards.
  • Maintain and update the Brand Standards Manual on a bi-annual basis, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify areas for improvement in restaurant processes, technology, and equipment to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Product Innovation, and other departments to test new solutions and implement best practices across the system.
