THE ROLE: As Sr. Benefits Analyst, you'll lead the strategic oversight of our global benefits administration while driving the planning and execution of initiatives that bring Herbalife's benefits principles to life. You'll stay on top of changing legal landscapes across markets and champion innovative approaches that streamline processes for both our internal teams and Global Business Service centers. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: • Provide technical expertise and proactive guidance to ensure ongoing compliance with local laws and regulations.• Serve as escalation point for complex benefit issues and provide strategic consultation to US Operations• Administer all benefit programs with cost-conscious sensitivity while educating users to maximize program understanding and utilization• Support annual Open Enrollment activities across US locations• Maintain accurate benefit records and conduct regular compliance audits• Update benefit policies as needed to reflect regulatory changes and business requirements• Collaborate closely with Market HR Business Partners to resolve benefit-related challenges• Partner with HR systems teams to ensure data accuracy and reliable reporting capabilities• Support additional projects and duties as business needs require• Perform complex data analysis related to benefit usage, cost, and effectiveness. • Partner and manage relationships with external consultants (e.g., Mercer, Marsh, Aon and WTW) WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM: As a part of the overarching Total Rewards team, the Global Benefits Team specializes in designing and supporting employee’s total wellbeing programs.
