STACK is seeking a Senior Analyst, Asset Management, who will support key members of the team responsible for overseeing the profitability and performance of our data center assets in the Americas. This position supports the strategic oversight of the portfolio by working with and successfully coordinating with various departments to ensure optimal asset management strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in asset management, corporate real estate, or financial analysis; data center or infrastructure experience preferred.
  • Proven analytical skills with strong understanding of P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization or BI tools a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass comprehensive background screening

Responsibilities

  • Support portfolio performance oversight across STACK’s Americas data center assets, including monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key financial and operational metrics.
  • Develop and maintain asset-level financial models, including projections, stabilized yield, and ROIC analyses, to identify value creation opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Partner with senior team members to shape and execute asset- and portfolio-level strategies that enhance profitability and operational excellence.
  • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to assess performance against business plans and identify variances or improvement areas.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of annual strategic business plans for each asset.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Critical Operations, and Property Management on the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Conduct market and industry research to inform investment, leasing, and operational strategies.
  • Support lease administration and other property-level management initiatives to ensure data integrity and compliance with lease terms.
