About The Position

Toyota's Enterprise Center of Excellence (eCOE) Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated SAP Interface Sr. Analyst. Seeking candidates with previous ERP experience, preferably with SAP S4 HANA, and a background in Interface Monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large data sets. This role is responsible in stabilizing business processes, resolving issues, and supporting enhancements to benefit the ERP end-user community. Reporting to the eCOE Manager, the person in this role will support the eCOE Interface department's objectives to create and enforce SAP best practices, standards and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across our organization. This role works closely with the business and IT support team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, information technology or a related field.
  • Experience in SAP interface monitoring, support, or related roles, with a strong understanding of SAP AIF (Application Interface Framework) and integration processes.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional investigations to address complex problems is a plus.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve interface issues efficiently.
  • Strong track record of working collaboratively with IT and business teams to ensure seamless interface operations and support.
  • Experience in stakeholder communication and relationship management is highly desirable.
  • Experience in driving process improvements and kaizen initiatives related to interface monitoring and support, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for interface processes, including process flows, error logs, and resolution procedures.
  • Experience participating in SAP projects or major releases, including testing and knowledge transfer activities, is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary subject matter expert (SME) & point of contact (POC) for OTC or MR Interfaces.
  • Actively resolve interface errors identified in SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF).
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and reconciliation processes.
  • Review and prioritize all Order-To-Cash (OTC) or Management Reporting (MR) production tickets assigned to the team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of tickets.
  • Review and approve fixes as required and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders in the business and IT.
  • Facilitate and collaborate cross team investigation for production support, ticket resolution, enhancement requests, and kaizen projects to drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the business.
  • Enhance existing dashboards and metrics tools to measure the overall health of OTC or MR areas of the ERP system.
  • Assess and recommend new solutions as business needs to drive action and kaizen opportunities.
  • Strong partner with Business and IT teams to develop business cases for enhancements and review with COE project scrum teams.
  • Support SAP project teams in preparation for future project releases and transition to steady state through its System Project Lifecycle.
  • Identify potential enhancement and project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards in SAP implementations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Stay current with SAP technologies and industry trends supporting Interface Monitoring.
  • Research and propose innovative solutions to enhance current processes.
