About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Amazon Connect Architect to join our growing team within Cognizant's Customer Service Transformation practice, part of the Cognizant Moment initiative. This role is ideal for a seasoned architect with deep expertise in Amazon Connect, Google CCAI Platform, and Genesys Cloud. You will lead the design and implementation of innovative contact center solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business value.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Google CCAI Platform, and Genesys Cloud.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with technical documentation and client training.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
• Deep understanding of contact center technologies and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional expertise in Amazon Connect to support sales, project delivery, and client engagements.
• Participate in business development efforts, helping to identify client needs and architect optimal solutions.
• Lead the implementation of contact center transformation initiatives using Amazon Connect and other AWS services.
• Develop comprehensive implementation plans covering all phases of the delivery lifecycle.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and user manuals.
• Support the development of case studies, demos, and training materials related to Amazon Connect.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to client teams as needed.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on industry trends, best practices, and AWS capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders—to deliver integrated, client-aligned solutions.
