About The Position

As the Senior Director of Global Alliances , you will lead and manage strategic relationships with key ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partners—starting with Snowflake . Reporting directly to the CVP of Global Partners , you will own the full 360° partnership lifecycle, including: Business Development Go-To-Market (GTM) Initiatives Practice Development You’ll collaborate closely with the Global Field Alliance team to drive partner-led initiatives that generate pipeline, advance opportunities, and close Annual Contract Value (ACV). This role is pivotal in enabling joint selling motions across industries and geographies, while also supporting product co-innovation and delivery acceleration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in alliances and partnerships with a strong record of driving sales growth
  • Deep knowledge of the supply chain software industry
  • Proven experience with Snowflake partnerships or GTM initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to synthesize diverse perspectives and drive consensus
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Skilled in positioning Blue Yonder solutions and value propositions
  • Proficient in managing partner relationships across all levels
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution Develop a global business plan to drive sales growth, solution differentiation, and deployment success across industries and regions
  • Identify new routes to market and innovative offerings leveraging Blue Yonder and strategic partner capabilities
  • Drive sales planning activities including Sales Plays, Routes to Market, targets, metrics, and reporting
  • Partner Relationship Management Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner stakeholders and executives
  • Deliver compelling presentations on partner value propositions and GTM strategies
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance; recommend improvements
  • Internal & External Collaboration Work cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives, including enablement
  • Represent Blue Yonder at partner events and speaking engagements
  • Coordinate regional enablement sessions, community calls, partner events, and training
  • Global Focus Collaborate with industry, solutions, and value engineering teams to shape sales engagement strategies
  • Provide quarterly internal updates on offerings, performance, and best practices
  • Campaign Development Partner with regional sales leaders and industry executives to develop joint campaigns and events
  • Coordinate with marketing and solution teams from both organizations to execute campaigns
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with key sales and services leaders to review partnership status
