Performs the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sr. Air Service Technician, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service in the field. Related activities include, but are not limited to, responding to customer service requests, troubleshooting technical Air Systems problems, identifying and implementing solutions, and providing leadership and training to Field Service Technicians. The Sr. Air Service Technician serves as a senior technical resource within the Air Systems team, applying advanced product knowledge to resolve complex issues, identify value-added opportunities, and ensure accurate and timely documentation of all service activity
