About the Role We are seeking an Sr. AI Developer who approaches every challenge with an AI-first mindset. As a senior-level member of our IT AI team, you will drive enterprise application modernization by designing, building, and operationalizing AI-powered solutions that replace legacy systems, reduce SaaS costs, and accelerate our digital transformation. This role blends hands-on development, technical architecture, strategic consulting, and executive stakeholder engagement to deliver transformative business outcomes. Strategic AI Solutioning Design and implement generative AI features using LLMs (GPT-4+, Claude, Gemini, etc.) Build intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and conversational interfaces into business applications Orchestrate multi-step agentic workflows with function calling and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines Architect AI infrastructure including vector databases, embeddings, knowledge graphs, and semantic search Champion AI-assisted development practices using AI code assistants, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery Technical Leadership & Architecture Build custom applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern web frameworks to replace and consolidate SaaS tools Architect scalable, secure, maintainable solutions with enterprise-grade integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite, Atlassian) Design cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure) leveraging serverless, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise security protocols Develop and maintain data integrations that unify workflows and eliminate manual processes Create comprehensive technical documentation for maintainability, knowledge transfer, and team enablement Business Partnership & Strategy Lead requirements discovery and collaborate with business stakeholders to map, optimize, and reimagine processes across departments Evaluate SaaS contracts and identify strategic replacement opportunities with compelling business cases Present technical roadmaps, architecture decisions, and ROI analyses to executive audiences in clear, business-focused terms Challenge and validate solution strategies, ensuring scalability, robustness, and measurable business impact Team Leadership & Enablement Mentor developers, analysts, and solution engineers in multidisciplinary squads Foster collaboration and technical excellence through workshops, code reviews, and knowledge sharing Drive user adoption and change management by articulating business value, delivering training, and collecting actionable feedback Establish best practices and architectural patterns for AI-driven application development Why This Role Matters Every SaaS subscription replaced with an AI-enhanced, purpose-built internal tool delivers measurable ROI and greater control over data, workflows, and product roadmap. Requirements

5+ years in software/web engineering roles with progressive responsibility
API & security mastery: Deep understanding of REST, GraphQL, OAuth, JWT, SSO, and secure integration patterns
Cloud-native development: Production experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Demonstrated ability to build business cases with ROI analysis
Experience presenting technical solutions to senior leadership (Director level or above)
Process discovery and solution consulting background
Track record driving user adoption of new technologies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
Experience mentoring technical teams
