Supporting the exciting world of our streaming business, the Agile Project Manager will be a driving force behind our growth and new ideas. Reporting to the Director of Portfolio and Experimentation, you will lead and inspire teams while encouraging an Agile environment and dynamic Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and readouts. The Agile Project Manager is important to transforming our approach to project delivery and team dynamics. You'll use your unique blend of traditional project management skills and the latest Agile facilitation techniques, leading our teams toward achieving remarkable outcomes that align with our team goals. As a Scrum Master, you'll promote Agile practices, eliminating barriers and encouraging a culture of relentless improvement. In short, you'll help guide projects, influencing the future direction of our products, services and the market impact of the company.

  • Facilitate Agile Practices: Act as the facilitator of sprint ceremonies such as leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and read outs.
  • Project Management: Oversee all stages of project cycle from initiation to closure.
  • Mentor: Guide teams in the understanding and implementation of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to enhance team performance and deliver high-quality results.
  • Remove Roadblocks: Resolve obstacles that hinder team progress, escalating issues.
  • Partner Engagement: Build relationships with partners to align project goals and manage expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use metrics to measure on project progress, team performance, and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement process improvements and solutions to enhance team productivity and satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure use of resources to achieve project goals within budget and time constraints.
  • Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Agile CSM Certification.
  • Desire to mentor.
  • Experience being a change agent.
  • Experience with a variety of Agile tools (e.g. Atlassian suite, Trello).
  • Equipped in reporting project success metrics, project status, risks, and escalations based on partner groups needs.
