We're looking for a Senior Agile Project Manager who's more than a meeting facilitator—they're a delivery driver, a servant-leader, and a strategic enabler. You'll be the driving force behind high-performing Agile teams, ensuring product and engineering efforts stay aligned, focused, and fast-moving. You'll bring visibility, remove blockers, coach for growth, and ensure delivery with speed and precision.

  • Lead and manage Agile projects from inception to closure.
  • Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to meet project objectives.
  • Guide the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Manage release activities across teams to ensure smooth, predictable deployment.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate third-party deliverables to align with internal timelines and quality standards.
  • Identify and remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments.
  • Collaborate with other project stakeholders to manage and negotiate project scope and ensure product backlog is in good shape.
  • Ensure projects deliver desired results within time and budget constraints.
  • Monitor team dynamics and team accountability related to delivery commitments.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and risks in a timely manner to stakeholders.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Agile project teams or related roles.
  • Experience in software development or IT project management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Project Management Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
