Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8 or more years of experience as an Agile or Technical Project Manager.
• Sufficient technical background to lead development teams and evaluate project risks.
• Experience using Agile performance metrics for accountability and improvement.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills to manage competing demands.
• In-depth knowledge of business needs to maintain customer trust and confidence.
• Proven ability to lead software development projects and meet objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with business and IT individuals.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage web development backlog, sprint planning, retro, and scoping sessions.
• Manage project scope and deliverables from inception to implementation.
• Establish project plans and monitor progress using tools like burndown and velocity charts.
• Oversee the management of consumer websites and marketing platforms from a technology perspective.
• Liaise with IT staff on projects to ensure alignment on technology needs.
• Manage customer expectations and stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency of project progress.
• Organize and facilitate working sessions across scrum teams for initiative refinement and release planning.
• Calculate team velocity to manage release timelines effectively.
• Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives for Technical Project Management.
• Promote team empowerment and ensure meaningful contributions from all team members.
