The Sr. Agile Delivery Partner is accountable for the effective delivery of complex products and services. This role is accountable for the performance of the team and the delivery of a project/program. The Sr. Agile Delivery Partner will be responsible for; building and supporting teams, Identifying obstacles and help the team to overcome them to ensure they meet delivery goals, focusing the team on what is most important to the delivery of value, encouraging and facilitating continuous improvement of the delivery team, and coaching the team to apply the most appropriate Agile tools and techniques. This position currently follows a hybrid work model. Employees are required to work from the office at least four days per week (Monday - Thursday), with Friday available for remote work, offering a blend of in-person collaboration and flexibility.
