About The Position

As a member of our Global Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting the Risk & Security Field teams and GTM motions. You will help scale the business with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. Ability to develop and position field strategies to influence our GTM will be an integral part of the role.

Requirements

• Strong background as a successful Solutions Consultant or Pre-Sales professional within the Enterprise Software space.
• Ability to thrive in a culture that requires creative problem-solving and outside-the-box thinking.
• Technical depth to support customer meetings, deliver customer demos and proven success in conveying customer requirements to Product Management teams.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in the Risk & Security space and ServiceNow knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute a global pre-sales strategy for the Risk & Security solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives across all regions.
• Collaborate with the field GTM teams to achieve the global sales quota.
• Collaborate closely with Business Units, Outbound Product Management, Technical Product Management, and peer global workflow leaders to drive cohesive GTM strategies.
• Propose technical and creative business solutions in support of sales activities.
• Maintain and disseminate deep expertise around Risk & Security to provide guidance and support to regional teams.
• Review global pre-sales performance metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead through influence, guiding regional teams and collaborating with cross-functional leaders.
